The modular houses are produced at the factory up to a stage of 100% readiness, including all communication installations in the house, as well as finishing utilities and furniture with equipment, thus minimizing the amount of work at the construction site.

Over the years, we have developed and built a new modernised production facility, making our daily work more efficient and productive and improving our production process. As our employees are our greatest asset, it was important to create a factory that makes every stage of production easier, more efficient and safer.
The new facility allows us to manufacture 10 modular houses at the same time, which significantly speeds up the delivery of the final product to the customer.
The strategic location of the factory in the centre of Liepaja is an invaluable plus, which ensures fast, convenient and cost-effective transportation of the modules to the port or any other destination.

The load-bearing structures of our products use metal frames, which, along with integrated wooden structures, make for an essential quality advantage and an opportunity to move the house even after several years without losing its quality. The metal frames are produced according to individual dimensions and are CE-certified, which is an important criterion for customers who prefer quality.
Along with the delivery of the house, a technical documentation passport of the modular house is submitted, including production drawings, declaration of conformity of the materials, certificates, as well as picture documentation of the construction process.
All produced modular houses are given a 5 year warranty for modular constructions and a 2 year warranty for module equipment and used materials.
Modular homes are made using a variety of materials for both exterior and interior finishes. One of the most popular materials for external finishes is pine boards. This material has proven its durability, aesthetic appeal and natural beauty. For industrial buildings, profiled metal sheets or aluminium composite materials are used.
The choice of exterior finishes and shades can be tailored to the customer’s needs and preferences. Often, city or site-specific regulations on facade solutions can also influence the choice of finishes.
Modular houses are delivered with the interior finishes already finished. The most popular finishes for the interior are wood cladding boards, painted plasterboard or various wall finishes such as LKSP or MDF. However, customers can also choose individual design solutions according to their preferences. If the customer wants to do the interior decoration himself, the house can be ordered without it.
It is important to mention that the modular house can also be furnished already at the factory with furniture – kitchen with equipment, cabinets and shelves. We work with both IKEA and carpenters to design the furniture. This way, you get a finished house with a complete interior and furniture that meets your individual needs and wishes.
The internal communication systems of the modules are already fully secured in the production processes. The electrical installation is carried out in the factory, with the final equipment such as sockets and lighting. The electrical wiring is designed by a certified electrical engineer in accordance with European Union regulations and, for additional safety, the electrical wires are embedded in corrugated metal under the plaster.
The internal water and sewerage solution is also carried out to the final finishes, including a fully equipped bathroom with final equipment. Before the house is delivered to the client, water pressure tests and measurements are carried out at the factory to ensure that the construction is of the highest quality.

When we undertake a full-cycle process of construction and delivery, the “VIA-S” logistics team organize the delivery in compliance with freight transportation rules of the country and city in question, taking care of both the arrangement of road permits and the delivery of the module houses to the client at the right time and place.
The installation and assembly of modules is carried out according to internally developed instructions, and due to the fact that the modular houses are already constructed at the production site to a stage of maximum readiness (including equipment and furniture). The duration of the assembly process is as short as possible and it can take as little as a couple of hours to place the house on the prepared foundation.
